Shipping & Delivery

All digital downloads are obtained through a button/link provided in the “Downloads” section of the purchase summary page as well as in a confirmation email of the completed order.  The link is active for 72 hours and may be clicked on 3 times before the link expires.  To ensure the best download results follow these instructions:
1. Make sure to use a desktop/laptop computer when accessing your confirmation email.
2. Make sure to access the same email used during check out.
3. Allow several minutes for the confirmation email to be delivered to your inbox.
4. Click on the link embedded within the confirmation email.  The contents will download to your designated download folder, or the file will open in a PDF viewer where you can then print or save it to your desired folder.

If the confirmation email does not show up in your inbox, check your spam/junk inbox.  If the confirmation email does not show up in either inbox, or the link expires without producing a downloaded file, contact us by filling out the form on our contact page, or email [email protected].  Make sure to include the order number in your message or subject.
[Note: Faulty links may be re-sent within 30 days from when the purchase was made.]

Sheet music prices include limited print licenses:
– Solo/Duet prices include a 1-copy limit print license.
– Choral prices include a 5-copy limit print license.

Please be mindful of how digital products are handled.  Copyright infringement and theft are serious crimes.  Additional purchases should be made for additional  printed copies.    

Wwpmusic.com does not currently sell physical copies of sheet music.  We are between printing providers.  For special high volume requests , please contact us through our contact page or email [email protected].  Delivery dates and shipping costs may vary depending on order size and the shipping address.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Wwpmusic.com does not accept returns on digital downloads or physical copies.  All sales are final.

Wwpmusic.com does not initiate refunds or replacements for digitally downloaded products.  Wwpmusic.com may initiate a refund, or replacement for physical products on a case by case basis.  If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us through our contact page or email [email protected].  Evidence (images attached to email) of defect must be provided and must render the product useless for consideration of refund, or replacement.  Please allow 7 – 10 days for review of evidence.  Upon completion of our review, customer service will notify you if the refund/replacement will be accepted or rejected. 

Original outbound shipping cost is not part of a refund.  Only the cost of the item plus state tax (if applicable) will be refunded.

Please allow 15 – 30 days for a refund to show on your banking statement.

FAQ

The digital download link is located in the confirmation email sent to you upon order completion.

If, after several minutes from the completion of your order, the confirmation email does not show up in your email inbox, check your spam/junk inboxes.  If the confirmation email is not there either, contact us through our contact page or email [email protected]

The link has stopped work for several reasons:

1. you’ve already clicked on the link 3 times.  If this is the case, check your designated folder where downloads go to.  If the files are not there, contact us through our contact page, or email [email protected]

2. It has been longer than 24 hours and you haven’t used the download link.  Contact us through our contact page or email [email protected] and we reactivate the link for you.

3. The link is faulty.  Contact us as mentioned before.  A new link may need to be re-issued through a new email.
